In this workshop with a Transpersonal twist, we will explore an Arts Therapist approach to exploring and recording the narratives, images and symbolism that occur in our Dreams through the use of the written word, simple drawing techniques, collaged images and mixed media material play. All the weird, whacky and wonderful are welcome and safe here!

This workshop is for those who are brand new to art journaling, or want to expand their art journaling horizons, or an Artist or Arts Therapist needing some inspiration and wanting to explore a self-care tool.

Please BYO your own A4 or A5 visual diary or old hardcover book that you wish to upcycle. All other materials with be supplied.

Our facilitator Lauren is a Creative Arts Therapist and a keen papercraft and mixed media artist. In her Community Art as Therapy workshops, Lauren invites freedom of expression, playfulness, experimentation and curiosity while engaging with the creative process and art materials
