This class is for ages 18 plus to enjoy a unique art class with their young person. Enjoy quality time as you create together, spark imagination & dream.

Pastel Nagomi Art is a form of healing art-making founded in Japan. This self-care process uses pastels to create transparent, soft, warm, and heart-touching art through simple yet effective approaches.

If you want to incorporate mindfulness practice into daily life, we encourage you to try this.

Jenny, our skilled facilitator, will guide you through the art-making process and demonstrate techniques to create your own Pastel Nagomi Artwork.  

About the Facilitator:

Jenny is an experienced artist passionate about bringing joy and creativity to the community. Six years ago, Jenny participated in a community event where she guided patients living with life-limiting conditions to find their unique expression through Pastel Nagomi Art making. Witnessing the benefits of this soothing, meditative process in relieving stress and reducing anxiety, she believes Nagomi Arts should be accessible to all.
