Lia has over 14 years of teaching experience in both the secondary and primary school sector with various positions of leadership and pastoral care.

Lia is responsible for HR compliance, liaising with program collaborators on operational requirements, specialised administration for NDIS participants and administers operational requirements for all placement students, volunteers and Arts Therapists. She is also instrumental in the coordination of the day to day office administration requirements.
