Karina Posanzini is a qualified Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA) with over 19 years' experience in senior leadership and governance positions in the Not for Profit and Commercial Sectors.  Karina has extensive Board and committee experience, holding numerous positions including; inTouch Multicultural Centre Against Family Violence, Inclusion foundation (e.motion21) and CPA Australia Public Sector and of Public Administration Australia (IPAA Victoria).

Karina's strong governance expertise leads CATA's steering committee with the development, review and design of governing policies and regulatory compliance. Under this umbrella sits, Arts Therapists, Placement Students, Volunteers and the organisations overarching governance.
