Carolyn is an experienced marketing professional, and is currently the Digital and Publishing Manager at CPA Australia. Prior to that she held the role of Head of Marketing at ANZIIF, the educational association for the insurance industry. She has over 15 years marketing experience in financial services for major superannuation funds UniSuper and Telstra Super. Originally from the UK, Carolyn previously worked in marketing roles at various organisations including Macmillan Magazines, the London Underground and the London Chamber of Commerce.
Carolyn has been a key influence in CATA's marketing reform. She designed and implemented marketing strategies and planning to solidify CATA's cause, raise public profile and simplify key messaging to the wider community.
Carolyn continues to champion marketing reform in the organisation.
