Creative Arts Therapy With NDIS
- We deliver onsite, out reach and online.
Creative Arts therapy has been a recognised and regulated practice across the world for many years. Today it continues to help people of all demographics as it aims to help participants to manage needs, enhance self-awareness, process feelings, reduce stress and increase self-esteem, strengthening emotional resilience.
CATA supports people in achieving their goals in a safe and relaxed space, to explore thoughts and feelings, free of judgement or interpretation.
By focusing on the process of creation rather than the end result, individuals can explore and express themselves authentically. This approach fosters personal growth, enhances emotional regulation, and supports overall psychological health, promoting healing, mental well-being and a state of mindfulness.
All sessions are facilitated by experienced and qualified therapists. All sessions and programs are designed specific to the need. Art therapists offer diverse processes, including drama therapy, dance and movement therapy, visual arts and music therapy.
